The Gear

MY PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEO GEAR

It’s not about the gear. ..

But, I do have to say that Fujifilm made photography a lot more fun for me, after the first time testing out a system I never thought I would switch to. I thought I would be a Canon shooter for life, I guess I was wrong

Cameras

FujiFilm xt-4

My main camera for photography & video. This thing goes with me everywhere. I thought I would miss my full-frame camera but this is now my favorite!

FUJIFILM 16MM 1.4

When they talk about an amazing lens, they were not kidding. this is by far my favorite Fujifilm lens that I own and you will not be disappointed. And the close distance is awesome!

FUJIFILM X100T

My camera for when I only need one lens and don’t need a zoom. I will probably upgrade to the X100V or the next-generation model. I do with it had the tilt screen.

Lenses

LAOWA 9MM 2.8

One of my latest lenses that I picked up for interior photography. It is a manual lens but works like a dream, especially for real estate photography.

FUJIFILM 16MM 1.4

When they talk about an amazing lens, they were not kidding. this is by far my favorite Fujifilm lens that I own and you will not be disappointed. And the close distance is awesome!

FUJIFILM 35MM 2.0

I was looking for a 50mm equivalent. I love the fact that this lens is so small and light. Perfect lens to throw in your pocket when traveling. And man is it sharp!

FUJIFILM 50MM 2.0

I am really starting to love the size of all the 2.0 versions of these lenses. This 85mm equivalent is a nice addition to my 35mm 2.0 lens. I might have to look at the rest of these little lenses for a lightweight setup.

FUJIFILM 80MM MACRO 2.8

I picked this up as soon as it came out because I heard how razor-sharp it was for macro photography. Want the extra reach, pick up the 1.4 extender.

FUJIFILM 90MM 2.0

I always wanted to pick up a 135 equivalent lens when I shot with Canon, so this is a nice addition to my Fujifilm system. Especially if you don’t want to lug around a 50-140 lens. :)

FUJIFILM 18-55MM

I was debating on getting the 16-55mm 2.8 but am still holding on to this little guy because of its size. It is especially great for a travel walk-around lens.

FUJIFILM 100-400MM

This is a lens I don’t use that often but I love the reach when I am photographing wildlife and also does great for outdoor events when you need that extra reach.

FUJIFILM 10-24MM 4.0

I don’t own this one yet, but will be my next purchase for video and landscape photography. I love the wide field of view, especially for landscapes.

Accessories

PEAK DESIGN CAPTURE CLIP

I love having the capture clip by peak design so that I can have access to my camera at all times. It is nice having it attached to my backpack. I also has a lock to keep your camera secure.

PEAK DESIGN TRIPOD

This is my favorite tripod for travel. It is lightweight and pretty much fits anywhere because of its compact size. I have the carbon fiber model because it is a little lighter, this is the aluminum version.

PEAK DESIGN ANCHORS

I have the peak design anchors on all my cameras. It makes it easy when I want to change cameras but use the same camera strap. I also use the clips on all of my camera straps.
